Read the agreement before you book!
You must be tenant of Idealis to make a reservation! If you have booked a Cargo trolley, you must collect the key yourself, no exceptions! So bring your ID when collecting the keys.
The trolley can be booked two times per week and four times per month and can be used between 9.00am and 23.00pm every day!
Keys must be collected at the Frontoffice Idealis, Bornsesteeg 1 during Openinghours Frontoffice Need the key for the weekend, collect the key on Friday.
You must return the keys before 23:00 on the reserved date! So we can hand out the key to the next tenant! (key return box, next to Frontoffice entrance)
After you used the trolley: Tidy up and in case of damage, inform Idealis! Put bike back in the shed at Bornsesteeg and lock it. Idealis will check every day, when damage is not reported, Idealis will charge the cost of repairs to the tenant who used the trolley!
